Alban Vineyards Reva Syrah (2019) Edna Valley, California

100% Syrah in the 2019 vintage, grown on sandy and chalky soils at Alban’s estate. Black fruit, fennel, graphite and the iodine-and-oyster-shell character that makes Reva pretty distinctive. Aged for three and a half years in barrel before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
