Chasselas from 45-year-old vines on the granite slopes of Niedermorschwihr. Light, stony and lightly spritzy, with the kind of clean mineral character that makes Chasselas much more interesting than its reputation suggests. One of the quieter wines in Boxler’s lineup, and one of the easiest to drink.
