Bachelet Monnot St. Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly (2023) Burgundy, France

Chardonnay from En Remilly, the Saint-Aubin Premier Cru that sits just below the Montrachet vineyards. Citrus, white flowers and chalk with a little breadth through the middle, but the wine stays very tight and mineral. One of the more serious Saint-Aubins in the lineup.
