P. Lancelot-Royer Cuvee des Chevaliers Grand Cru (NV) Champagne, France

100% Chardonnay from four Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs: Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger. Fermented in enameled tank with full malolactic and blended with a perpetual reserve aged in foudre. Yellow fruit, citrus and biscuit with a rounder texture than the Blanc de Blancs label might suggest.
