Mountain white from the Sierra de Gredos made primarily from Albillo with Macabeo, Moscatel and Chelva. The vineyards sit between roughly 750 and 960 meters above sea level, which helps keep things fresh in an otherwise pretty warm part of Spain. Aromatic without being soft—pear, citrus, a little floral character and a stony finish.
