Angelo Negro Unfiltered Rosso (2023) Piedmont, Italy

Unfiltered Brachetto from Piedmont, made dry rather than sweet. Rose, violet, strawberry and raspberry with bright acidity and a slight haze from the remaining lees. Chill it, give it a shake and treat it more like a light red than a dessert wine.
