Avinyo Vi D'Agulla Petillant (2024) Penedes, Spain

Lightly sparkling white from Penedès made in the old vi d’agulla style—just enough pressure to give the wine a gentle prickle rather than full-on bubbles. Fresh pear, citrus and herbs with low alcohol and a dry finish. Somewhere between still wine and sparkling, and very easy to drink.
