Barone Sergio Alluca Pet Nat (2025) Sicily, Italy

Pet-nat from southeastern Sicily, made for freshness rather than complexity. Citrus, orchard fruit and herbs with soft bubbles and a dry finish. Straightforward, lightly funky and very easy to drink cold.
