Bérêche et Fils Champagne Le Cran (2018) Champagne, France

Le Cran comes from two neighboring Premier Cru parcels in Ludes, one Chardonnay and one Pinot Noir, vinified separately before blending. The 2018 is concentrated but very precise—citrus, orchard fruit, chalk and spice with a long, dry finish.
