100% Dolcetto from old vines in Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d’Alba. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and aged 6–12 months in tank, then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dark fruit, violet and cocoa with firm acidity and light tannin.
