Cafaggio Chianti Classico Single Estate (2022) Tuscany, Italy

100% Sangiovese from Cafaggio’s estate in Panzano. A year in large Slavonian oak followed by a year in concrete keeps the wine traditional and fresh. Sour cherry, violet, herbs and a little earth with firm, clean tannin.
