Castello di Bossi Chianti Classico Gran Selezione (2020) Tuscany, Italy

100% Sangiovese from Castelnuovo Berardenga, organically farmed and aged 24 months in large oak casks. Black cherry, plum, tobacco and spice with plenty of structure but good lift underneath. Gran Selezione with depth without leaning too hard on new oak.
