Cavallotto Langhe Nebbiolo (2021) Piedmont, Italy

100% Nebbiolo from younger vines around Cavallotto’s Barolo estate. Wild cherry, rose, licorice and tobacco with real tannin and more structure than most Langhe Nebbiolo. Basically the house style in a bottle you don’t have to wait ten years to open.
