Champagne A. Bergère Origine Brut (NV) Champagne, France

70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier from Fèrebrianges, Étoges and Congy in the Vallée du Petit Morin. Low dosage and extended lees aging keep the wine fresh but not austere, with nectarine, citrus, pastry and almond over a creamy texture and fine bubbles.
