Champagne Cossy 1er Cru Eclat (NV) Champagne, France

Premier Cru Champagne from Pargny-lès-Reims made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier in almost equal parts. Ripe apple, honey and fresh bread with enough acidity to keep the wine from feeling soft. Rounder than Extra Brut, but still clean and precise.
