Champagne Jacquinet-Dumez Dialogie Blanc de Noirs (NV) Champagne, France

Blanc de Noirs from Jacquinet-Dumez, built around Pinot Noir from Premier Cru vineyards around Reims. Red apple, cherry skin and spice with a firm, vinous texture. More about fruit and structure than chalky austerity.
