Château de Rouanne Vinsobres Rouge (2022) Rhône Valley, France

50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre from organically farmed, fifty-year-old vines in Vinsobres. The grapes are co-fermented with native yeast in concrete, then aged twelve months between tank, Burgundy casks and demi-muids. Raspberry, black olive and pepper with firm tannin and a salty finish.
