Chateau La Puy Duc de Nauves Cotes de Bordeaux (2024) Bordeaux, France

Merlot-led Bordeaux from the Le Puy family’s Duc des Nauves project. Red plum, black cherry, herbs and earth with a fresher, less polished feel than a lot of modern Bordeaux. Very much built for drinking rather than staring at.
