Chateau Simone Palette Rose (2024) Provence, France

Château Simone rosé is a real wine, not poolside decoration. Grenache, Mourvèdre and a handful of old Provençal varieties, all aged in small oak. Red berries, citrus and flowers with body, grip and a long saline finish.
