Chateau Simone Palette Rouge (2019) Provence, France

Grenache and Mourvèdre lead the blend at Château Simone, with Cinsault and a handful of old local varieties behind them. Native yeast, a long maceration and nearly two years in wood make this one of the more serious reds in Provence. Dark red fruit, herbs and spice with firm, refined tannin.
