Christian Tschida Birdscape Pink Maceration (2024) Burgenland, Austria

Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir given just enough skin contact to land somewhere between rosé and very light red. Tart cherry, red currant and citrus with barely any tannin. Serve it cold and don’t overthink it.
