Ciclo Palhete Red Blend (2025) Alentejo, Portugal

Palhete from Alentejo—a traditional light red made by fermenting red and white grapes together. Red berries, herbs and citrus with bright acidity and very little tannin. Best somewhere between cellar temperature and cold.
