Collecapretta Il Rosso da Tavola (NV) Umbria, Italy

Sangiovese from Collecapretta in Umbria, made in the family’s very low-intervention style. Red cherry, herbs and earth with bright acidity and a rougher, savory edge. Exactly the sort of wine that benefits from being served a little cool.
