Cuvelier Los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon (2020) Mendoza, Argentina

Cabernet Sauvignon from Vista Flores in the Uco Valley, grown around 1,000 meters above sea level. Black currant, plum and herbs with firm tannin and a little graphite. Ripe, but the altitude keeps it from feeling too broad.
