Dhondt-Grellet Roc Solaire Extra Brut (NV) Champagne, France

Roc Solaire comes from Dhondt-Grellet’s parcels in the Coteaux du Sézannais, built primarily from Chardonnay with a small amount of Pinot Noir and a portion of perpetual reserve. Native yeast, barrel fermentation and full malolactic give it more breadth than the domaine’s Côte des Blancs wines, with ripe orchard fruit, herbs and spice over a salty mineral finish.
