Domaine Bobinet Piak! Rouge (2025) Loire Valley, France

100% Grolleau from Domaine Bobinet, made for immediate drinking rather than contemplation. A mix of short skin maceration and carbonic maceration is followed by a brief rest in fiberglass. Fresh cherry and currant with soft tannin, low alcohol and a juicy finish.
