Domaine des Aubuisieres Vouvray Cuvee de Silex (2023) Loire Valley, France

Dry Vouvray from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on flinty silex soils. Pear, quince and citrus with a stony finish and plenty of acidity. Leaner and more mineral than the broader side of Vouvray.
