Domaine Rolet Savagnin Ouille (2023) Arbois, Jura

Ouillé Savagnin from Arbois, topped up rather than aged oxidatively. Lemon, green apple and herbs with the grape’s naturally savory, mineral side. Fresh and very Jura without the oxidative edge.
