Domaine Henri Prudhon Bourgogne Blanc En Jorcul (2023) Burgundy, France

100% Chardonnay from En Jorcul, a lieu-dit just outside Saint-Aubin where the Prudhon family farms 0.8 hectares. Fermented and aged in barrel with no new oak, keeping the focus on pear, citrus and limestone rather than toast. Textural through the middle, but still bright and mineral on the finish.
