Jean Philippe Fichet Meursault Chevalieres (2024) Burgundy, France

Chardonnay from Les Chevalières in Meursault, a stony site that tends to give Fichet one of his more mineral village wines. Flowers, citrus, toast and honey with a fine, fresh opening that broadens as it sits in the glass.
