La Ca'Nova Barbaresco Montestefano (2022) Piedmont, Italy

100% Nebbiolo from Montestefano, one of Barbaresco’s firmer and more structured sites. Sour cherry and rose sit with licorice, cocoa and savory spice over real tannin. Young now, but already showing the combination of perfume and grip that makes the site distinct.
