Luís Pato Vinha Pan (2013) Bairrada, Portugal

100% Baga from Vinha Pan, a south-facing vineyard planted in 1980 on clay-limestone soils. The 2013 has had plenty of time to settle into itself—red and black fruit, tobacco, earth and spice with the firm acidity and tannin Baga is known for.
