Lustau Vermut Blanco (NV) Jerez, Spain

White vermouth from Jerez built from Fino and Moscatel with nine botanicals including wormwood, gentian, sage, coriander and orange peel. Floral, citrusy and herbal with a dry, nutty base and a clean bitter finish. Very good cold over ice with an olive.
