Maloof L'Eau Epicée (2023) Oregon

Riesling and Gewürztraminer from Oregon made into a cloudy, bottle-fermented sparkler. Part of the Gewürz sees skin contact, which brings a little extra spice and texture. Citrus, flowers and ginger with soft bubbles and enough sediment to remind you this is intentionally rustic.
