Maloof Wax on Wax Soif Red (2023) Oregon, USA

40% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 30% Viognier from an organic vineyard in Oregon’s Applegate Valley. Co-fermented on the skins for a week and aged in neutral barrel. Juicy red fruit, flowers and spice with very little weight and enough acidity to make a chill completely reasonable.
