100% Gamay from old vines in Morgon, certified organic and fermented by carbonic maceration without cultured yeast. The wine ages on fine lees in old Burgundy barrels before bottling. Dark cherry, raspberry, violet and earth with more structure than Lapierre’s everyday Beaujolais but the same easy freshness.
