Marco Merli CMM Rosso 3L (2023) Umbria, Italy

Three liters of Marco Merli’s Umbrian field-blend red. Native yeast, partial carbonic maceration, no fining and no filtration. Red and dark fruit with herbs and a little earthy funk, built more for passing around the table than analyzing.
