40% Grenache, 30% Barbera, 22% Counoise and 8% Mourvèdre from organically farmed vineyards in the Dunnigan Hills. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented in stainless barrels and kept on the lees with no malolactic fermentation. Citrus, subtle red fruit and salt with just 12% alcohol.
