Monte Bernardi Retromarcia Chianti Classico (2022) Tuscany, Italy

100% Sangiovese from Monte Bernardi’s organic estate in Panzano. Native yeast, long maceration and no filtration. Sour cherry, violet, herbs and earth with fine tannin and plenty of acidity. Chianti Classico that stays firmly on the savory side.
