Nicola Gatta Cuvée Nature 30 Lune (NV) Lombardy, Italy

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Nicola Gatta’s limestone hills around Gussago. Spontaneous fermentation, traditional-method bubbles and about 30 lunar cycles on the lees. Brut rather than zero dosage, with no added sulfites. Citrus, orchard fruit and chalk with a sharp mineral finish.
