Half skin-contact Pinot Gris and half Big Salt white blend. The Pinot Gris gets about two weeks on the skins before everything finishes together in neutral barrel for five to six months. Apricot, peach, ginger and herbs with light grip and bright acidity. Somewhere between rosé and orange wine, which is exactly the point.
