Sangiovese with small amounts of Colorino, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo from a tiny organic cooperative in the hills near Arezzo. Native yeast, a short maceration and aging in steel and concrete keep it fresh. Sour cherry, herbs and earth with bright acidity and very little makeup.
