Peter Lauer Ayler Kupp Riesling Kabinett No. 8 3L (2025) Saar, Germany

Kabinett Riesling from the Ayler Kupp in a three-liter bottle. The 2025 sits around 7–8% alcohol, with herbs, berries, citrus and slate wrapped around a real dose of fruit sweetness. Very light on its feet for something that comes in a bottle this large.
