Poderi del Leone Valpolicella Ripasso (2021) Veneto, Italy

Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella from Valpolicella, given a second fermentation on the lees and skins left from Amarone. The wine then spends around two years in French oak, giving the dark cherry and red fruit a little more depth, spice and rounded texture without losing its dry finish.
