Populis Macerated White (2024) California, USA

Skin-contact white from Mendocino built from Ribolla Gialla, Albariño, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul Blanc. Citrus peel, orchard fruit and herbs with some grip from the skins and enough acidity to keep the wine moving. Orange wine without a lot of heaviness.
