Produttori del Barbaresco Riserva Rio Sordo (2020) Piedmont, Italy

100% Nebbiolo from Rio Sordo, made with 28 days on the skins and at least 30 months in large oak. Red cherry, flowers and spice with a silkier texture than some of the more muscular crus, but still enough tannin to carry it for years.
