Pure Land Junmai from Fushimi in Kyoto, made from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%. One pasteurization, 15% alcohol and a clean, dry profile. Floral on the nose with tropical fruit through the middle and a crisp finish. This is the small one-cup format.
