Quinta do Javali Crazy Branco (2022) Douro, Portugal

Arinto and Viosinho from the high-elevation Clos da Bonifata vineyard in the Douro, planted on schist at around 600 meters. Hand harvested, crushed and left on the skins for three to four days, then pressed and finished in stainless. Citrus, mineral and lightly grippy with a lean, refreshing finish.
