Harvested from different parcels across the estate, vines range from 10-30 years old grown on Sandstone and Loess at 400ft elevation. Indigenous yeast fermentation with 7 months on lees in stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered.

Located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Dürkeim, brothers Gabriel and Simon Scheuermann were just 16 and 19 when they took over their family winery! That was a little over ten years ago and the brothers have been producing some of the most expressive, undercover natural wine in Pfalz. Operating organically since 2012 with the introduction of biodynamic working methods in recent years, their already incredibly fertile and sought after loess soils teems with life. Grab one handful of healthy, loose soils from their vineyards, and you’ll have more organisms in your hand than there are people on earth.
