Susana Esteban Vinyle (2023) Alentejo, Portugal

White field blend from a century-old vineyard in the Serra de São Mamede. Vinified and aged in two 500-liter barrels that had previously held Champagne base wine from Emmanuel Lassaigne. Subtle orchard fruit and herbs with a creamy, mineral texture and a very unusual savory edge.
